can't get media output DL.2

i have 2 DL.2 and can't get a signal out of media sever (Only get projector Black)

shutter works fine
Pan/Tilt works fine

im using mode DL V2 (same mode as they have worked for me before)
Motion 1:001
Global 1:022
Graphic 1:077
Graphic 1:122
Graphic 1:167

im using road hog 4 with Art-Net output set to
Univ1=0 Subnet=0
Univ2=1 Subnet=0

Can you use the test mode on the dl2? Does it show the test pattern? If so then look at the programming side and make sure you have all of the intensities at 100% and a media folder and file selected applied to an object. If you cant see the test image then it is at the fixture.
