Hello people I am new to DL2's in fact i have not yet used them. My question is has any one used a ChamSys Pro 100 (2010) with a DL2. I am really not sure how I should patch the thing. Do I start with Fixture control (21)- Global control (21) or object control (45) ? The total gives me (87) circuits patch ChamSys. But the Dl2 requires 94. So that means there are (7) missing. What am I doing wrong ? Cheers.......
I have never used these fixtures with a ChamSys. That said, there is a specific order the fixture needs to be patched. Assuming ChamSys maintains our naming structure for their profile, you would patch in the order of Motion Layer, Global Layer, then Graphic Layers (number of Graphic Layers is based on how you have set it on the fixture.
It is a complex DMX Protocol, so you will want to ensure their profile is correct.
