Lamp Hour Counter on DLV

Hi, All six of my DLVs seem to work fine but when they reach 1666 hours all of them stop and do not increase. Is this a known problem?

This is due to a software bug in the projector. Please email me at chris.litz@highend.com and I will send you the instructions for how to update the projector.
