I've lamp struck it several times, unplugged and replugged the power, global reset, changed lamps, but the projector still does not turn on. The projector LED is on a solid white. Is there anything that I missed that I should also check? Any help would be appreciated.
Try running video self test. If you see output then the issue is with content getting to the projector. Also try resetting projector defaults. If you still have the remote for the projector try accessing the settings and you should see the menu in the output. You will need to manually open the dimmer/iris of the fixture.
