Bench focusing Source 4 lekos

So I'm about to go through and clean & bench focus my entire rig & I had one issue I don't quite understand.

I have several fixtures where the beam image shows a clear image of the lens clips.

Is this due to a lamp depth issue or something else?

Hi, Wuz. Take a look at this video from the ETC Video library. Ignore the odd guy doing the demo. The secret tip is to pull the back cap and compress the spring all the way and start from there. www.youtube.com/watch

That's what I thought.
In day to day usage I never compress the cap... It was the only logical answer, but I wanted to ask before I got into things.
