Using old lens and barrel on new instruments. Will my old s4 barrels transfer to the new s4-2 LED instruments

We need to upgrade our Instruments, but, being a non profit, we have to save where we can. We have 16 Source 4 instruments-age unknown but in good shape. We would like to go with the new S4-2 lustr or lustr+. Will the old barrels transfer?

Yes the old lens barrels will transfer just fine. Considering you’re a nonprofit, if you’re just replacing the tungsten fixtures entirely, I’d look into just buying the LED engines and transferring the old shutter barrels as well to save a few bucks
