ETC Revolution power off issue

Hey all,

We recently had to get our ETC Series 4 Revolution repaired and after we put it back on our lighting pole it is doing something quite weird. Every time we power it off it swings much faster to back to its "off" position. Definitely faster than it used to and it looks kind of scary once powered off.

I don't want to damage the light so is there something I can do to the light to prevent this?

Does it have a Shutter Module installed?

If it has a shutter module installed, then it needs to also have a 'balance weight' fitted.

If it does not have a shutter module, then that balance weight should be removed.

The balance weight is a fairly thick piece of metal that slots in the front of the scroller cartridge.

The shutter module and weight are both there. Could there be another aspect I am overlooking entirely?
