Coming out of the shutdown we retrofitted all our Source Fours with the Source 4WRD Color, our artistic director is concerned about the fan noise from these fixtures, has anyone found a way to control the fan output to reduce the noise level or other ways of dealing with it. This is the first time we have add any issue with device noise (other fixtures in the rig are all ColorSource Family Spot, PAR, and Linear and do not spin up as often or really at all). Maybe something ETC can fix with a firmware update or is there a setting in Concert or over RDM I am missing.
