Hi in I’m a technician from FX Road Light in Portugal we have several Source 4 série 2 led and some time they lost the DMX address ( change alone) is not every time and random order and not the same fixtures this is bugging me!

This sounds like it could be an issue with the flash memory on the control card, or possibly junk RDM data. what is our control source? This also may be worth calling tech support about.
