A few days ago, I sent a request to the Capture team regarding the update of several ETC fixture models. Today, I received a reply stating that ETC has not provided them with the proper documentation for these fixtures.
Here’s the message I received:
Dear Mark Stavtsev,
Unfortunately, we don't have the right documents from ETC for those fixtures. In case you have found any file that we might have missed, could you please send us a link to it?
