After updating my concole to v3.3.0, the Lustr2s in the current rig stopped snapping out from low intensities (below40%).
Of course, this was discovered after our cueing sessions began. I've never had an issue with the software update affecting the fixtures in such a negative way. I did have an assistant in that day and he did some internet digging, came up with "the firmware needs updating".
We did find a work around for this show, but it isn't the right solution.
Now we are open, I have a few moments to try to fix this before we set up the next show, which is repeat show, and I am quite concerned about the fixtures not reponding properly to last year's show file.
I have updated UpdaterAtor, but there is no firmware for the S4 Lustr2 listed.
What have I missed?
