You will want to ensure you Network IP Settings are in line with each other. You cannot manually set the IP settings on the Axon. So you will either set up the MA's art-net to be inline with the Axon's static IP. Or setup a DHCP router in between and allow both the Axon and MA to obtain an IP address from the router.
