Since updating to the latest version Axon hd pro server software I have no get no signal from the sdi inputs could it be something im doing wrong or is it something with the update?
Did you do a full system image (boot to USB drive and restore) or only an update?
-if you only update, you could miss the capture card driver update, please re-image -once complete, please check via CMA what capture format is selected. "Auto" has been very solid, i would suggest that first...
its Rental and mounted in a rack and Im running a live feed into it, it worked flawlessly with the previous version but since updating to the latest version i have this issue
