The Axon outputs RGBHV which is the same thing as your standard video DP connector on the back of your computer.

Very simply, the same little $100 devices computer supply houses sell for people to put their ppt on a tv is all you need. The only complexity is that you need to get an RGBHV to DB cable to plug into the Axon and then plug it into the presentation converter.

There used to be dozens of these things from different vendors. I haven't looked in a while though.
