If it truly is a hard drive problem, the only option is to get a replacement drive from High End Systems. If you simply buy a new drive and install it, even using our recovery CD you will not get any of the stock content.
I would suggest calling our technical support department. They can troubleshoot with you to make sure it is the drive causing the issue, and if so, they can make arrangements to get you a replacement drive.
