Converting Videos for Axon

Hi There,

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on software for converting video files for playback on Axon. I don't do any custom content creation myself. I just need a quick fix onsite when producers hand me videos that are not encoded properly. Cheap or no cost would be excellent also. Thanks.

    If you are using a PC, TMPGEnc 4.0 Xpress is a great program that I use quite a bit here in the office. It's inexpensive as far as video programs go ($99), and will do any kind of conversion you need.

    Be sure to have a good read through our content page if you haven't already. Improperly encoded content can cause some large headaches with the DL/Axon servers!
