Good morning.
I am suddenly having problems with my Catalyst. This morning, when I started the computer, and then started Catalyst....the control window opened, the output window opened, but none of NTSC libraries opened like normal.
When I go to the HUD display, none of the library files appear.
When i perform a scan, the only thing that comes up are 5 test patterns. I have confirmed that the files are there by opening them from the desktop.
To my knowledge, the only thing we have done to the computer is add a user password to users/groups so that we can log into the computer in order to share the directory...
This a damn near a brand new unit....any ideas?
