Could we add Notes/User Data Fields for Devices in the Portal?

Example 1: I have 2 RDM devices that are unknown/offline because they are the fixtures that have been taken down and are being shipped back to ETC for repair. I would love to be able to slap a note on these items to say as much so if anyone else checks the dashboard they can click on the device and just see why.

Example 2: We had a breaker turned off on Rack 1 because the load side power cable was damaged. Having that info noted on an error would be super useful.
