I am having trouble viewing errors for CEM3 racks in the concert software.
When i have an errors dock open it displays no errors, but when i log into the web interface for the CEM3 rack there are errors listed here.
Also, i cannot seem to find how to view and save an error log file from the CEM3 racks in concert. I create the log and go through all the steps, but there is no file generated at the end or no indication of where it has saved to.
I have had no luck finding the answers to these issues in the concert manual, so was hoping someone here might be able to help.
to views display error in concert you need to have a net3 conductor .
if you don't have conductor, error reporting is only in the web page or in eos or cobalt software
