Updatorator not connecting to Internet

Hello,

I can't get Updatotator connected to the Internet. I have followed the guide and have: disabled the firewall, restarted app, tried on wired, WiFi and through a phone hotspot and even on another computer with a fresh download but still can't get anything to download.

Using latest version and have re-installed.

Any ideas? Can someone else try?

When you launch UpdaterAtor, do you have a dialog box that asks for which network is your lighting network? If so, be sure to choose the one that is not the internet connected option (even if you don't have any lighting devices on that connection).

Also, be sure that nothing is blocking FTP traffic on your network that is internet connected.
