Concert 4.2.0.9.0.18 Installation failing on MacBook with Ventura

We were able to recreate the error "Concert 4.2.0 is damaged" and found a workaround by control + click on the application and choosing "open" allows us to bypass that error. I will work on getting this reported as a bug
