I recently downloaded ETC Concert on my laptop. When connecting my laptop to ETC Net through a USB-c to RJ45 adapter, it refuses to recognize the network. It says that the IP when connecting from my laptop is 10.101.51.1 with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0, which makes perfect sense. But why it won't recognize anything is what makes no sense. When I use Concert on my Ion, which is connected to another ETC Net port just like my laptop, it can see and access everything in concert, and it uses an IP of 10.101.100.101 with a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0. Any clue why my laptop can't see it but my light board can?
