I had a lot of problems trying to get my Node to connect using my Windows 7 laptop and NCE. Finally through the suggestion of tech support I installed NCE on my ION and was able to get it up and running that way. So everything was shut down and packed away for an event today. (First time using a Node) Last night I reconnected everything and the Node sits awaiting connection. I've tried all I know; using NCE again, rebooting console and node, different network cables and it will not connect.
NCE, sitting Ready will not show any devices connected.
Ended up hardwiring my two universes with DMX to get focused and to get through the event tonight but would appreciate any suggestions. Arrrrrg !
