I have installed other gateways and never had this problem. When I assign the universes to my ports I can assign all the universes I need except universe 1. When I assign universe 1 to a port number 1 I get no DMX output and on the front LED panel port 1 blinks. Its not steady like it should be. I have moved different universes to port 1 and it works. No matter where I assign universe 1 I get no DMX output. Any suggestions? I know its user error just cant find it.
