Net 3 4-Port Gateway Bag?

Hi there! I need help with NET 3 4-port Gateway. Can't do anything in menu, display says " IP Address requesting", even if LAN is disconnected. How to fix it and make it work?

    the Gateway needs an IP Address from a DHCP Server. 

    If you have an ETC Console like Eos, Ion, Gio or Congo Jr you could turn on the DHCP Server in Network Settings, or in the GCE Software on a Laptop. 

    This Gateway appears to have a very old software, so you should then have the owners of the Gateway update its software. This can be done with our UpdateAtor Software.
