Probably missing something obvious / it isn't possible, but we have have a Congo Jnr running the latest cobalt software (or at least pretty new) and an RFR currently connected via USB. We've having range issues with it so would like to move the base station closer to the stage and connect via ethernet. However when we do this we can't seem to get it to work. It appears in Gateway Configuration Editor but doesn't appear as an option when you turn on the remote holding the '.' key. Is there a step i'm missing somewhere. Do i need to do something in GCE?
If it makes any difference it's the really old congo jnr hardware with the single Dual DVI connector.
