Net3 DMX Gateway backlight on selection grayed out

I'm using GCE to configure my Net3 DMX Gateway. I want to change the settings so that the backlight for the LCD screen is always on. I can see the selection for doing this in the DMX Gateway Configuration menu under the Identity tab. However, all of the selections for changing the backlight's behavior are grayed out. Could someone advise me what I am missing?

do you need to enter the password like you would to change a static IP address? the password should be net3 (or Net3?)

Thanks. I just unlocked the IP address settings with net3 (not capitalized) but the selections for the backlight are still grayed out. Just in case it makes a difference, the Eos is on v2.3.3, I have one Gateway on v5.1.0.9.0.16, and several Gateways I just purchased that are on v6.0.1.9.0.4. More ideas?

Could you post a photo of the physical Net3 Gateway and then a screenshot of the Identify Tab in GCE where the Settings are greyed out so we can see the whole tab?

Corey, I've attached the images you asked for. Abby, I've not yet loaded Concert onto the console but will hopefully get to try this today.

Thanks to all 3 of you! In the process of installing Concert I found that the GCE software on the Eos was v2 and that the current is v3. I updated to 3. and the backlights selections now work.
