iRFR with Nomad on PC

I 've been trying to connect iRFR to nomad on pc, but have not been successful . Can someone give me a help how to do ?

Connecting whit my console I didn't had any trouble... But whit the PC, the IP addresse is not available... I can see it but when I try to establish the connection whit the iRFR, it doesn't work...
