MSC controller with usb connection to a macbook

USB isn't networking - for me it's always just worked, from PC to MSC. Networking is a whole other subject, is that the issue?

There are options to control the system live, or to update the config in the MSC, and they aren't the same thing at all. Are you having trouble with either of those?

The software isn't seeing the controller, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm using a Macbook pro, plugging the usb directly into the MSC, but it doesn't see it. Not sure what to try next.

Is everything on the same software version? Is it a known good cable?

A call to tech support would be my next step!

Most likely I need to spend some more time with the software, and then call tech support. Thanks for your help.
