Hi Friendly ETC people.
Checked in with tech services earlier today and they did a bit of digging without success, but hoping someone might have a copy of the software on an old laptop or something..
In a venue with an ETC install of 3Com 3cnj220 4port junction box managed switches. Getting to a point where I'm going to need to rearrange IP addresses, and as far as I can tell the only way to adjust the IP on these is via proprietary 3com software. The problem being that 3com was purchased by HP 7 years ago now, and the links and software are nowhere to be found. Not sure if this was a semi-standard hardware setup/configuration for ETC ~2008, or if it's just another unique thing about the venue... If it was semi standard, does anyone happen to still have a copy of that software they would be able to share? Or at least a pointer in the right direction?
