Hello, not sure if this question should go here, but we have DMX plug in stations in three locations (that I'm aware of) - Booth, FOH floor pocket, and SR proscenium. Cable into the SR plug is D2. The booth works, and the floor pocket seems to work, but our plug on SR doesn't seem to be working when I plug things into it.
From these pictures and diagram wouldn't it seem that it's not actually terminated in the terminal block at the back of our rack? Nice install right, it's only take 13 years to figure out! (Don't get me started, 'cause our 1st Electric is 1.5 feet off center too, so I'm not all surprised). (I'm also the new guy!)
How should it actually be wired if this isn't correct?
