Recently our main lighting console (A Congo Jr with Net3) recently went down. In a pinch, we pulled our new ColorSource20 from another theatre, made one of our gateways into a DMX input (for universe 1 to control conventionals). The console is able to bring lights up and down in Universe 1, but every 28 seconds, all lights go out, and about 14 seconds later, come back on again, and the issue repeats. We've switched up the DMX speed and it doesn't affect the issue. We've changed out cables, etc. We have never experienced this issue. Any ideas?
