Hello!
I have a Response Gateway that disconnects from the network if I plug in a DMX cable.
I do a AIP setup in Concert, all fine. Plug in a DMX from guest desk and the Gateway is stated offline in Concert. I go to my gateway, all LEDs are fine on the front and all looks good. I then restart the gateway by removing the POE Ethernet and then it comes back online and works as intended.
Any one had the same problem? Can it be the termination here to? Why do I loose the connection to it when it gets DMX plugged in but works after reset?
