Hi all
I'm trying to update a Gateway 4port using the UpdaterAtor but I'm having some dificulties to do that. I connect the Gateway to my laptop, the UpdaterAtor recognize the gateway but when I press Update it stay for all of the afternoon to update the gateway. On the display of the getaway appears "downloading from 10.X.X.X" but nothing change. I've already try for 3 times but the gateway still have the V6.0.1.9.4.
When I try to download the latest version to my laptop the progress of the download stops at 24% always. I've try to download this update at home and for a full day the progress of the download never goes above 24%.
Also I want to check with UpdaterAtor if there is a new version for ours ColorSource Par leds using the gateway but when I press the RDM Devices, on the next window all options have a red X. And yes on the gateway I've got the RDM Enable.
So why I can't download anything and how can I update the gateway????

P.S.:I've already do this updates and it was as simple connect press update and in about 15 min everything is with new version.
