Net 3 node RDM and DMX speed

When I have my Net 3 DMX nodes set for Max DMX speed and RDM is enabled I have some fixtures that will intermittently flash. If I either set the DMX speed to Fast or disable RDM it seems to solve this problem. So, I have 2 questions:

1. Is there any known issue with interference between RDM and DMX packets when speed is set to Max?

2. I have seen in the Net 3 Node documentation that Max DMX refresh rate is 40 Hz, I am curious what the refresh rates are when set to Fast, Med, or Slow.

Eos set to max produces a packet length of 24ms (there are other timing components as well, but those are in micro second dimensions) so that's where the 40 Hz come from.

Eos set to fast, medium or slow produce 27, 34 or 42ms packet length. that equals approximately 37 Hz, 29 Hz or 23 Hz
