Hello Rafael,
You may be able to repair this by replacing the DMX chip. If you remove the silver screw on the top of that module you'll see a black chip like the picture below.
You can pull that out carefully with a small pair of pliers. Note where pin 1 is, it's marked on the chip with a small black dot. If you move the chip from a working one to a non-working one, and that fixes the problem, the chip has been damaged. You can buy new chips from our web store:
