a congo foh with wireless acces point ,on stage a computer with congo offline

the connection with the congo and the congo offlines is ok,

congo is the server congo offline is the backup , the show between is download , i want to know if it is possible to control channel ,load a cue etc...,like a remote, the synchronisation is not possible

If I understand what you are asking correctly, you would like to connect a client to your Congo via a wireless network and use the client to control the show.

While this is possible, it is not a recommended practice as wireless networks are not known to be the most reliable things. For additional reasoning, check this post: http://community.etcconnect.com/forums/p/3958/15573.aspx#15573

To do this, you will need to set up your wireless network and have a client dongle on the computer that is connected. Once you have the wireless connection setup, you will be able to choose to login as a client in the welcome screen of the offline editor.

Unfortunately, there is not currently a way for your computer to be a backup to the Congo.
