oscRFR app how to connect Etc console with version 3.2?

I'm having trouble connecting my ipad RFR to the console to connect via the oscRFR app.

The IP adddresses for both the app and console are matched and in range? What else do I need to do in the settings in order to get it to connect?

The instructions on the website are a little old but

make sure osc rx and tx are turned on in the console. check that you can ping the console from your iPad/device.

If you can't get it working then take pictures of your device network settings and your console network settings and post those..

One note oscRFR is not an ETC product so you won't get official support or help on the forums here.
