Eos Family Software v3.1.3 Build 5 is Now Available

Eos Family Software v3.1.3 Build 5 is now available for test.

Changes in this build:

EOS-53574	Gio @5: Monitors can sometimes black out when Eos launches
EOS-53575	ETCnomad Puck Base: System Count incorrectly reporting 512
A3D-2056	Moving Mirror Pan and Tilt Inversion is not respected in Augment3d
