B82 Bug: Shell Power Off

Hi Craig Langlois  we've tried this on a variety of consoles now and cannot reproduce this issue.

Just to be clear, you're sitting in the Welcome Screen, and you press or touch the Power Off button on that screen.  The popup appears asking if you really want to shut down, and you press / touch "Yes", but then nothing happens?

Would you be able to try this again, but use the arrow keys on your Ti to highilght "Yes" and press the Enter key on your keyboard to select it?

If that doesn't work, would you mind saving logs from this console and posting them here or email to mattp@etcconnect.com ?  They may shed a little light on what's happening.

Yes. that is correct. I only tried the one time after setting things back up after the upgrade.

I will give that a try next time I am at the console.

Must have been a one time thing. It seems to work now with both the touchscreen and mouse.
