In v3.1.1 b97, Magic Sheets do not properly update linked colors on channels that have color effects running on them. Instead, fixtures display their "pre-effect" selection color.
It also appears that the color picker and color tile in the encoder display do not show the color in real-time as expected.
It doesn't seem like you've terminated your command line for the group selection, so that would explain why the color picker isn't displaying values in your video:

We hadn't noted the case of using Effects or the Gel Picker so I will add that to the SCR. I saw this happening back to at least v2.6.4 so it's been around a while.
