CEM3 Single Phase Display issue-

Ran into a little weirdness when upgrading a dimmer from CEM classic to CEM3.

The rack is an SR24, single phase, 12 modules per phase.

Set the CEM3 to SR24, got the config in with appropriate addressing (sACN addressing ended up  straight sequential while the DMX A+B both addressed to match the phase balanced dimmer number,)  and when I went to show the client the web browser, the CEM3 indicated that Phase A had 124VAC input, Phase B had 0 VAC (which is correct,) and Phase C also had 0 VAC.  Looked at the display on the CEM3, and under About RACK, the voltage indicators were displaying X-124VAC, Y-0VAC, Z-124 VAC (give or take a volt.)

I think there may be a bug in the web browser refresh for voltage display, at least in single phase.
