trouble logging onto CEM with Windows 8

Anyone had a problem logging onto their CEM with Windows 8? I recently upgraded to a new laptop, and now when I access my racks over the network, I get the powerpass login page but it won't accept my password (which is still the generic one). I can connect and open with my old XP laptop with no problems.

Hi Faroseman, Which browser is being used? CEM+ Connect is designed to be used with Internet Explorer v6. Windows 8 will have a much newer Version of Internet Explorer and maybe have issues connecting. There are software tools out there that allow emulation of IE v6 - which then will allow correct connection of CEM+ with your laptop.

The easiest approach is to press F12 and open IE's built-in developer tools. Change your Browser Mode to IE7. Then go to Tools->User Agent String and set to Internet Explorer 6.
