Config Error

Hello all.

So we have 3 sensor racks in a Group in our venue and Rack 1/3 now says it has a "Config Error"

No settings should have been changed on any of the racks so I suspect something has been changed in error, hence the new Config error.

What options are there to configure on the racks via the CEM+?

I thought I could compare the config on each rack and work out which one is incorrect and do a Config transfer from the correctly setup rack to the others in the group. Is that the best thing to do?

All help on this is much appreciated as I'm learning as I go along.

  • Do you have network access to the racks? If so using a computer is far faster and easier than pushing a bunch of little buttons.

    Either way, get a phone that reaches and call London tech support. They can walk you through troubleshooting and configuration. It's very hard to describe all the possibilities in little posts like this.
