One of our racks when trying to change to from Normal dimmer setting to Dimmer Doubled the CEM brain of that rack froze and is stuck on that screen. As a result none of the dimmers in that rack that were set to dimmer double are working. Both lights come up even thought they were already set to dimmer double and console as them specified as dimmerA, dimmerB.
Wondering if the Reset button on the rack may fix this? How much does that reset?
