problem with switiching off lights

Hi everyone, I got a little problem, when I put down a slide quickly the blackout is not immediatly but there is a little delay, something like 1 sec. Do you know if it could be a setting stuff? Thank you.

That certainly could be a settings problem. Can you tell us what type of rack you have (Sensor, Matrix, other..), and what kind of controller it has in it (CEM, CEM+, CEM3). If you're not sure how to determine that feel free to give your local ETC office a call!
