Sensor Classic Rack Glitching

Hello,

I recently expirence a glitch out with my sensor classic rack. It was not responding to any input from the console, and was randomly firing on and off dimmers, even dimming some non dims. It took about 10 try’s and a half hour to finnaly reset it. After reset it was okay. My questions are 1) what caused this, and how to prevent it? And 2) is there a master power switch? I couldn’t find one anywhere. See attached picture of display.

Have you tried the Reset button? (All lights will go out when the rack is reset).

There is no master power button. There will be a disconnect switch for the power feeds to the rack…but I’d start with trying to reset the CEM.

You might also want to think about cleaning the filters and rack in general. Would not think it caused this but it should be done as part of normal maintenance. Yes, the reset button is what was not responding, and took a long time to finnaly register.

You should reset the main power feed to the rack to see if that fixes the issue but it is likely that you might need to arrange a repair of the CEM
