Deleting a Preset in the CEM3

I am trying to delete a preset that is stored in the CEM3. Does anyone know if this can be done and if so how to do it. I am at an install and the general contractor keeps turning all fixtures on at 100% using the preset while we are programming.

I'd suggest starting by finding out why the general contractor is doing this.
Most likely they need light somewhere to do their work, if so you can record a preset for them that only turns on the lights they need for their tasks.
