"Split Rack" between DMX ports A & B in CEM+ v3.0

So, I've got a touring 48 rack with a CEM+ module running software version 3.0.0.

I've got 2 consoles running dimmers within the rack.  DMX port A is meant to run dimmers 13-48, which are addressed as 13-48.  DMX port B is meant to run dimmers 1-12, which are addressed as 201-212.

All the dimmers are responding to the correct address, but they are ALL taking data from both ports.  When I gave port A a higher priority, NO data from port B got through.  (Even though the console in port A had no channels captured and no cues/submasters running.)  When both ports have the same priority, all the dimmers are doing what both consoles are sending as HTP.

I have the manual for the CEM+ v3.0, and i followed the directions on page 15 to patch the rack split.  (RACK - PATCH - SPLIT RACK - DMX A - 13-48 - etc....)  The "home" display on the CEM+ says "A~13-48   B~201-212".

I've worked around it for the current show, but I think it's a software problem...
