Can I use D20 dimmers in Switched mode for LED fixtures?

I've got a DRd6-120 rack with 6x D20 modules in it. There is an option to put these dimmers in Switched mode using the Echo controller in the rack. Can I do this without harming the LED fixtures?

In general, other manufacturers will require power to their LEDs from a relay or constant source only, no dimmer even if it is in switched mode.
